You are all probably familiar with the Walmart or Target $4.00 list, or the savings clubs touted by CVS, Walgreens, and Rite-Aid just to name a few. Did you know that these pricing lists change from month to month leaving some consumers with a big surprise at the checkout counter? Often times, the pharmacies try to differentiate their list to include medications not available by the other competing companies, and use this as bait to get you in the door. One month its $4.00, the next it may be $50.00 or even more in some cases.
When we surveyed several popular pricing websites, we found some major discrepancies and old information being used. We get our information directly form the companies themselves. To avoid the confusion and be sure you know the price you should be paying, use our medication pricing list as your comparison tool each month before shopping. It’s free, easy to use, and always up to date. You can use our “search” field to find your medication if available, and its corresponding price at any of the listed pharmacies.
